PALAEONTOLOGIST Dr Neville Holling-worth is to lead a hunt for dinosaur bones and fossils at the Cotswold Water Park next month.
The fossil hunter will lead a two-hour search for the fossil remains of ancient creatures that once roamed the water park, which lies between Swindon and Cirencester.
The free walk, which starts from 11am on Sunday, October 6, is part of a series of events at the site entitled Wildlife Wonders of the Water Park.
In recent years Dr Hollingworth has found fossil remains belonging to woolly mammoths, woolly rhinos and crocodiles.
Those interested in the walk are urged to assemble at Clayhill car park off the main Spine Road (B4696) near Ashton Keynes.
