Six senior officials from Omsk in Siberia arrive in Swindon tomorrow to look at the town's environmental record and its Local Agenda 21 projects.
The delegation's one-day visit comes at the end of a ten-day UK study tour funded by the British Council and the Department for International Development to help Omsk's mayor's office and ecological committee.
The project aims to improve Omsk's environment and economy and the lives of its people now and for the future.
