Supermarine recovered from a slow start to defeat Camphill 36-7.
Camphill started stronger and were a converted try up within five minutes. But Marine responded with a well-earned try from No. 8 Shona Watt.
Quick ball to the backs allowed centre Claire Dykas to score.
Supermarine continued to attack throughout the second half and scored another four tries, three of which were converted by second row Claire Smith.
Try scorers were fly-half Rachel Jelleyman, winger Julie Boyle with Watt and Dykas coming in for their second tries of the game.
Marine Ladies take on Scunthorpe in a cup match at home on Sunday.
