Swindon cinemas will be jam-packed next month when two heroes return to the big screen.
Harry Potter fans are already snapping up tickets for the next blockbuster film in the series, Harry Potter And The Chamber of Secrets, weeks before it opens on general release.
And 007 junkies are getting ready to reserve their seats for the return of British spy James Bond.
Cineworld at Greenbridge has sold more than 800 tickets in only four days for advance showings of the Harry Potter film.
The film follows hot on the heels of last year's box office hit, The Philosopher's Stone, and is set for the highest advance sales ever.
Tickets have gone on sale for advance showings on November 8, 9, 10 and 14 before the film opens on Friday, November 15.
In the £100 million film, JK Rowling's young hero returns as a second year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and enters into an enthralling adventure as he tries to save the school, and himself, from evil forces.
Julia Knot, manager of Cineworld, said: "The phones are constantly ringing as people want to book their seats early. It will definitely outsell last year's film, without a shadow of a doubt.
"We are planning on screening 21 showings in six of our screens every day to cope with the film's popularity. This means we expect to see up to 5,000 people each day and will keep showing the film until well after Christmas."
Filming again took place at Wiltshire's Lacock Abbey, which saw the cloisters transformed into Hogwarts classrooms.
The new Bond film, Die Another Day, begins in the demilitarised zone between North and South Korea with a spectacular high-speed hovercraft chase.
The suave spy travels to Iceland, taking in Hong Kong, Cuba and a couple of ladies along the way, where he experiences first hand the power of a new weapon.
Pierce Brosnan returns for his fourth appearance as James Bond, and the main Bond girl will be played by Oscar-winning Hollywood star Halle Berry.
Tickets go on sale on Friday and the film opens on November 20.
Tickets are also selling well at Swindon's other cinema, UGC at Shaw Ridge.
