MY letter is a warning about a local farmer who can only be classified as disturbed.
My son and his friend were walking the footpaths on Monday night when they became confused by a fork in the path.
They ended up in the farmer's field, at which point the farmer came racing along in his vehicle, got out, grabbed my son around the neck and pushed him to the ground.
He then turned on my son's friend, all the time swearing at them to get off his land.
What I would like to know is why could he not just say 'This is private land, can you please get off it'.
I sincerely hope he is ashamed of himself.
