According to the caption, we may be hovering on the brink of war, so to make us feel better the only thing to do is to smile.
So does the article condone the act of vandalism carried out on the wall in question?
Am I to smile about the situation? I don't think so, as I now need to contact a builder or house painter to have this removed from the side of the building at considerable cost to the company.
We all need to smile now and again, even in our profession, but as for writing it on the walls of other people's property, it ceases to be amusing.
