RAPID growth in Giles Foods, which produces Danish pastries in Warminster, has led the company to expand.
Situated on the Northlands Industrial Estate, it is set to take on another factory unit from the commercial property company HPH.
HPH, which played a key role in assisting Giles Food's expansion into new premises, restructured the lease of the company's existing unit and assisted its takeover of the lease of the adjoining unit from another tenant which had recently moved out.
HPH managing director Lindsay Holdoway said: "This type of transaction is fundamental to our active management approach.
"In this case we assisted two tenants, one of which was seeking to increase its accommodation and the other seeking to downsize."
Most of the units offer good production and warehousing space, with full height loading doors and car parking.
With excellent road links to the A350/A36 interchange and A303 trunk road, the estate is ideally placed.
Giles Foods first established in 1977 has become one of the UK's premier manufacturers of frozen and chilled products.
It also has operations in Milton Keynes and Telford, where other food products such as quiches and bread are produced for several major retail and food service customers.
