DETAILED plans for the development of Kingston Mill, Bradford on Avon have still not been lodged three years after the site was sold to a developer.
This week marked the third anniversary of the site's sale to Taywood Homes.
The town council is developing a plan of action in readiness for the latest plans arriving from Bryant Homes, part of the same development group.
Town clerk Diane Holmes said: "We still do not know when the plans are likely to come in. Nobody seems to know, but the council has decided to think about what to do when they do arrive."
The council will hold a private session for councillors to see the plans and gain an understanding of the scheme.
It is then hoped to display the plans before holding a public meeting about them.
The council will then decide its position at a meeting of the planning committee before comments to the district council.
