THE streets of Trowbridge will be alive with entertainment next spring with the town's first street arts festival.
Trowbridge Town Development Partnership is working with the Wiltshire Times and BBC Wiltshire Sound to organise the Streets of Wiltshire, two days of events on February 21 and 22.
Town development manager Daryl Saville-Brown said: "The festival will showcase a programme of street arts including comedy, acrobatics, puppetry, live music, street theatre and bizarre walkabout acts.
"The event will present the opportunity for Wiltshire based educational establishments to promote their local emerging artists, and will be combined with a traditional French market."
Anyone interested in becoming involved with the event should email Mrs Saville-Brown at daryl@trowbridgetown.com
