Fairford Town entertain Premier Division leaders North Leigh at Cinder Lane this weekend in what could be the top match in the section.
The visitors had a comfortable 3-1 away win over Pewsey Vale in midweek, and have lost just two games from 11 starts.
However the Fairford side are no mugs and with a good victory at Bridport in the FA Vase behind them and a 1-1 draw with Highworth Town in midweek, Mark Webb's side could well come out on top.
They may have to step up their goal-scoring record however, with just eight goals from eight games, conceding only four.
No doubt top marksman Lee Stoddart will have the statistics in his sights.
Wootton Bassett gained a much-needed victory over Almondsbury Town in midweek, and manager Pete Yeardley will be hoping his side can build on that result by gaining another three points at Bishops Cleeve.
The midweek victory enabled Bassett to move into mid-table, and a further win could put them in the top half of the section.
Highworth Town are at home to Shortwood United, who are bottom of the Premier Division, and it would be a major surprise if they fail to collect the three points.
They looked to be heading for victory at Fairford in midweek from a penalty by Dave Webb, but the home side equalised through Phil Ward with 10 minutes to go.
Pewsey Vale visit draw specialists Hook Norton, who have drawn six of their 10 matches and are in mid table.
Both sides were promoted from Division One West last season and the outcome of the game could be another draw.
Purton and Shrivenham have away fixtures. Purton travel to Harrow Hill and should pick up the points, and Shrivenham visit bottom club Easington Sports, who are looking for their first league victory from eight games. Dave Clauson's side should get a result.
New College Academy have been finding their Hellenic feet recently, and entertain Adderbury Park, who are in the top half dozen in the section.
It would be a feather in the home side's cap if they could pull off a victory against the strong Park side.
Malmesbury Vics will have their work cut out to hold Ardley United at home, and Cirencester United likewise on their visit to Middle Barton.
