STEAM museum is inviting visitors to remember the Blitz by becoming evacuees for the day.
Marking the relentless bombing of London 62 years ago, the museum in Kemble Avenue is staging a special wartime weekend, with visitors becoming evacuees, joining an air raid warden for a tour and becoming secret agents on the trail of spies.
Described as a super event for all ages, the museum will also be exhibiting military vehicles including motorbikes and staff will be in wartime costume.
The event takes place on Saturday, 12 October, from 10am-5.30pm and on Sunday, 13 October, from 11am-5.30pm.
Normal admission fees apply with adult entrance £5.95, senior citizens £3.90 and children £3.80.
