JUNIOR RUGBY: CHIPPENHAM began their season in style with an impressive victory over Clifton at Allington Field.
Skipper Tom Boreham scored three before the break, with prop Simon Livesey, fly-half Callum Fannin and centre Cameron Brown added the others. Fine tries from winger Brett Neal, scrum-half Tom Burke and lock Adam Deards put the hosts further in front after the interval, before Clifton hit back with two late tries. Boreham added two conversions for Chippenham, who ran out comfortable winners.
