BATH team director Mike Foley has brushed aside claims that Leicester are there for the taking for his side tomorrow.

Foley's counterpart Dean Richards is facing a backline crisis, with no fewer than five players sidelined through injury.

England star Austin Healey is out with a groin injury which could require surgery, while stand-off Sam Vesty, centre Ollie Smith, Irish wing Geordan Murphy and wing/centre Leon Lloyd are all missing.

To add to Richards' woes, England flanker Lewis Moody was another injured against Bristol last week and is not expected to recover.

Bath meanwhile, expect to welcome back playmaker Mike Catt and centre Kevin Maggs to boost their own three-quarter options.

But Foley insists Tigers' selection headaches won't make the task any less difficult for his own troops.

"I don't think it makes things easier,'' said the former Australian hooker

"We know that any player that takes field in that Leicester jersey at Welford Road is going to put in an outstanding performamcnce.

"Coming off what they would consider a disappointing loss, I think we will face Leicester in a formidable mood.''

Bath could have made it a hat-trick of returns from injury had Steve Borthwick not suffered a setback in midweek training.

The big lock forward was hurt in a contact session and is more likely to return for the Parker Pen Challenge Cup clash against GRAN Parma in Italy next Friday.

"With Catty (Catt), things are looking good,'' said Foley.

"But Borths had a setback at training. We did a contact session and took a knock so he may miss out.''
