THIS youth is being sought after a cyclist was hit over the head with a piece of wood and robbed of his bike.
The incident, at Moredon Fields, happened at 2pm on Friday, August 23, when the victim was approached by two youths who demanded that he hand over his bike.
When he refused, he was struck over the head with what is believed to be a plank of wood. He was rendered unconscious and sustained a fractured shoulder. The victim's silver Barracuda mountain bike was stolen.
The first youth, pictured, was white, of medium build, about 17, 5ft 7ins tall, and was clean shaven, although he had unkempt short black hair, distinctive crooked teeth, and wore a dark blue top and black Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
The second man is described as white, about 17, of medium build, and had straight blond hair in a curtain style. He wore a blue Reebok top with short sleeves and long blue shorts.
