Melksham Town's charge up the Screwfix Premier standings was halted in the oddest circumstances on Saturday.
Robbie Lardner's side travelled to Keynsham hoping to climb up to third in the table. But the game was called off by referee Steve Creighton, who decided that both goal frames were five inches too low!
Keynsham have assured league officials that the problem will be rectified before their next home game.
Devizes Town's clash with Dawlish did get the go ahead, although boss Ray Baverstock probably wished his goals had shrunk a couple of inches, as the Devon visitors triumphed 2-0.
Goalkeeper Warren Jackson set the tone with a disastrous own goal on seven minutes.
Devizes were 2-0 down within 36 minutes, and Tony Richardson was later shown a red card.
Corsham Town fared slightly better in the First Division, as the temporary management team of Jon Freegard and Dave King secured another point.
The Wiltshire side held high flying Shepton Mallet to a 0-0 draw.
Meanwhile, chairman Colin Hudd is still no closer to appointing a full time boss.
