SOME of Wiltshire's top employers are helping to shape an initiative aimed at getting more disabled people into the workplace.
The Workable Wiltshire website was launched in June offering advice and information to disabled people who want to access work-related training and find out more about the support available when they begin a new career.
In the latest development, project coordinator Graham White, with representatives from Job Centre Plus and Wiltshire County Council's personnel department met employers such as Virgin Mobile, Motorola and Dyson for a feedback session on a new website section specifically for employers.
"We had some very positive feedback which was helpful and encouraging," said Mr White.
