A WONDERFUL display of rugby from the Devizes Under 10 team saw them reach the semi-final of the Salisbury Festival.
Playing some of their best rugby ever, the team saw off Portsmouth 5-0, as some inspired running by
Toby Cox and Nicholas Balls made the try.
There was a lot of good tackling to maintain the defence, particularly from Lewis Pickard, with team captain Angus Nisbet playing well at scrum-half.
In the semi-final, Devizes were unfortunate to come up against a strong and disciplined Wimborne side.
The sheer strength of the Wimborne forwards and all-round strong tackling led to Devizes going down 20 -0.
