WOOTTON Bassett Town Ladies were denied a fourth successive victory as an injury-time goal helped hosts Frome Town Sports Reserves to a 2-2 draw.

Bassett found things tough in the first half as the home side piled on the pressure and forced a number of early saves from keeper Jodi Steenaart.

Frome broke the deadlock 10 minutes before half-time, while at the other end Catherine Reid went close.

Bassett started brightly in the second half, with the midfield taking control of the game.

Jan Reynolds eventually equalised for Bassett and Frome looked beaten when Reynolds scored her second.

But it was not to be and a youthful Frome side eventually hit their second deep into injury time.
