PREPARATIONS are under way to give shoppers a taste of France later this month. Bruno's French Market will be in the town centre from October 18 to 20.The organisers say about 35 stalls will be sited on Canal Walk.
Items on sale will include olives, spices, garlic, onions, champagne, liqueurs, cider, fish, bread and dried fruit.
Non foodstuffs on sale will include leather goods, tablecloths, art from former French colonies in Africa and ceramic dolls and clowns.
