An inspirational performance and a brace of tries from pack leader James Hazel helped Minety 2nd thump neighbours Malmesbury 38-0.
Six tries to nil told the story as Minety picked up the pace after a first half in which Malmesbury had held out well.
For the visitors, Steve Brady and Nic Jen fought a close battle with their opposite numbers while Chris Hunt and Paul Hutton put in strong defensive tackling, which eventually took its toll on Hutton who was forced off injured.
Flanker Hazel broke the deadlock after half an hour. Sweeping up ball from a breakdown in the visitors' 22, he drove over for a try.
Captain and inside centre Mike Strong successfully kicked the first of his four conversions to take a narrow seven-point lead at the break.
Playing down the hill in the second half, Minety adopted a more open style of play, keeping the ball alive and running it away from the big men in the Malmesbury pack.
The tactic worked well and lock David Hazel was able to pick up and crash through for the second try.
Brother James executed an identical move for the third and a lineout in their own half gave the home side the platform for the fourth.
Centre Strong made ground before dummying the full-back and nipping in for a try under the posts.
Winger Duncan Drewett got in on the act, handing off both the opposing winger and the full-back before scampering infield to touch down.
Vice-captain and scrum-half Alistair Grierson finished the job off, taking ball off a rolling maul and darting in for the sixth try.
