Fancy your chance as a football coach at a higher level? Well, now is your chance to do something about it as the Wiltshire County Football Association, in conjunction with New College of Swindon, invites applications from all FA Certificate holders who are interested in obtaining the 1st4sport Level 3 Licence in Coaching Football (UEFA 'B').
The course will enable those who wish to become committed to coaching football at a more advanced level, particularly to players in the 16-plus to adult age group, develop greater responsibility for their own learning and development.
It will also help to develop an appreciation of the coaching process, the needs of the player and related issues in Sports Science.
The course will be held at Greendown School, Swindon, from Sunday April 13 to Thursday 17th, and Tuesday 24th to Wednesday 25th.
The Wiltshire County FA, with the support of New College, Swindon, is able to offer a greatly-reduced fee for the course of only £100.00 per student.
This qualification will not only provide opportunities for individuals to further their insight into football coaching, but may also provide additional career opportunities for those who wish to work in football or the wider leisure industry.
As students have to be registered with the Football Association it is essential application is made as early as possible.
