Fourth triumph
SALISBURY Boxing Club's Adam Grigg powered his way to victory on Saturday night with a second round stoppage against Chris Edwards at Burnham-on-Sea.
It was the 17-year-old light-welterweight's fourth win in four contests - all inside the distance - the best start so far by a Salisbury boxer since the club reformed nine years ago.
The south-paw had his opponent in trouble from the opening bell. A standing count was given late in the first round and two more followed in the second before the referee finally intervened.
