SCREWFIX ROUND-UP: KEVIN Banks headed a late leveller as Melksham Town did struggling local rivals Devizes a favour at bottom club Welton Rovers.
Robbie Lardner's men found themselves three goals behind with just 20 minutes remaining, but fought back to secure a 3-3 draw.
Welton took the lead after five minutes through Lee White and doubled their advantage when the unfortunate Jason Lunt scored an own goal.
Aaron Blake made it three five minutes after the break and the hosts had a goal disallowed before substitute Andy Sandell pulled a goal back for Melksham on 70 minutes.
Matthew Messenger set up a tense finale when he scored with a well-placed header and Banks, who has recently returned from injury, glanced home the equaliser in the last minute.
First Division Westbury were themselves the victims of a late comeback as they drew 2-2 with promotion-chasing Exmouth at Meadow Lane.
Goals from prolific strike duo Jerad O'Pray and Toby Colebourne put the home team in command, but substitute Richard Spiller scored twice inside the final 15 minutes to rescue a point for Exmouth.
The result saw Westbury slip below Wiltshire rivals Calne Town in the race for third place behind Torrington and Exmouth.
Westbury, at home to Larkhall last night, travel to Bristol Manor Farm on Saturday. In the Premier Division, Melksham are away to Elmore on Saturday and entertain Bridport on Tuesday night, kick off 7.30pm.
