Kelly Woodwards-Palmer, 22, is a beneficiary of the charity's work.
She was born with a hole in her heart and during surgery to correct this the blood supply to her spine was cut. As a result she has had spinal injuries since the age of four.
On a good day Kelly can walk a short distance with the aid of crutches and on a bad day she requires the use a wheelchair.
Kelly, from Rodbourne, first registered with Working for Opportunities in September 2001when she worked in a call centre.
When that job finished WfO gave her all the information she needed to get back into work.
After a number of temporary jobs with companies registered with the charity, an opening became available within the organisation itself.
Kelly said: "I jumped at the chance to work here because I know how much they help other people".
Working For Opportunities co-ordinator John Green knew Kelly would do a good job.
He said: "Kelly is here purely on merit. We gave her a job because she has the skills and the ability, not because she has a disability".
Kelly has been working in the administration department for three months now and is enjoying every minute of it.
She said: "Working here is great and it feels good to be out earning money".
