WESTLECOT men open their quest for glory in the Wessex League tomorrow.
Previous winners of the league title they face Midglos in the first round of the play-offs (10am).
Westlecot qualified for the last 16 by finishing second in the very competitive East Region group being pipped for top spot by Carterton.
Swindon's top indoor club amassed 85 points while Carterton totalled 86 with Oxford & District third on 77.
Midglos reached this stage of the competition by winning the weak looking North Region in a canter winning all five group matches and netting 72 points out of a possible 80.
Westlecot, in keeping with their policy of using a squad in the Wessex League, have only named nine regular Denny Cup players in the 16 man team.
The play-offs comprise the six winners and runners-up in the regional groups plus four wild cards.
