MORE than 200 people gathered in Cricklade's United Church Hall and tucked into a full cooked or continental style breakfast for charity.
The event raised more than £500 for Cancer Research UK and was part of a national campaign called Britain's Biggest All-Day Breakfast.
Rachel Hurring, Cancer Research UK community fundraiser, said: "Cricklade rallied together to support this special day. The event was so successful, helpers ran out of cooked breakfasts by 9.30am and had to re-stock.
"We were thrilled with the response. School children and adults all popped in for something to eat before going to work. It is fantastic."
Big breakfast lovers have been congregating in the United Church Hall for the past four years to support the campaign.
Last year the national breakfast extravaganza managed to raise around £200,000.
