MINETY came through the rain, wind and mud to run out 30-0 friendly winners at Tetbury.
The Dorset & Wilts Two North champions dominated the contest from start to a finish that was brough forward by 20 minutes because of an injury to one of the home side's props.
By that stage, Minety had already scored five tries without reply.
Despite the torrential rain, the visitors established an early lead when fly-half James Tweedale snapped over a drop goal in the second minute of play.
Their first try came after 20 minutes, following a catch-and-drive move from a lineout deep in Tetbury's 22.
The pack first drove their opponents back, then hooker Dave Peirce rolled off the back of the maul and dived over to score.
A towering up-and-under into the swirling wind caused problems and centre Will Howse pounced on the ball, storming in for a try which Tweedale converted.
Tetbury were placed in further difficulties when Minety subsequently put a diagonal grubber kick through.
The hosts knocked on near their own line and the referee played advantage allowing Tweedale to gather and dive over.
After the break, a catch-and-drive allowed scrum-half Andy Brown to dart through for a try in the corner.
Shortly after that, the game ended suddenly following another try by Minety.
The visiting pack won a strike against the head and scrum-half Brown made a break up the blindside and delayed his pass before releasing winger Simon Barrett who sprinted over.
Following the injury, Tetbury conceded the game.
