MUM Jayne Skinner is appealing for the return of a motorbike trailer which was stolen two days after she bought it.
The £400 trailer was bought for Mrs Skinner's 11-year-old daughter Emma, a keen scrambler.
It was stolen from a drive at the rear of the Skinners' home in St Margaret's Road, Old Town, between 6.30pm last Wednesday and 7.30am the following day.
The family had bought it two days before and hadn't had a chance to use it.
Mrs Skinner, 37, said: "I would ask whoever took it to please return it Emma is very upset."
The registration number on the silver trailer is WU51 2GC, and thieves cut through a lock to take it.
The theft has been reported to Swindon police. Anyone with information should call them on 01793 528111.
