THE Wanborough Farmers' Market will be getting involved in Fair Trade Fortnight this month.
To mark the occasion the market will have tastings and free samples of Fair-trade coffee, tea and chocolate.
There will also be local Fair-trade directory available, showing shops in the Swindon area that stock fairly traded goods.
Sue Birley, one of the organisers of the market said: "We want to use this to inform more people about issues of Fair Trade."
The market already has one stall that sells Fair Trade craft objects and it hopes that by raising awareness more people will become involved.
The Co-op is one shop in particular that has taken on the idea of ethical trading and the other supermarkets are following suit.
The market will be held at the Village Hall, High Street, Wanborough on Saturday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Entrance is free and extra parking is available at the Harrow Inn.
