I am writing in reply to the replies to my letter.
I was very unpersuaded by the letter by Anna Hirsch-Holland. It was just typical of the anti war nonsense I hear all the time and I still maintain my position on this war on Iraq. Saddam Hussein has to be removed from power and sometimes you have to resort to the most unpopular solution.
Saddam Hussein is by far the worst tyrant in the world at the moment and by removing him not only do we help millions of Iraqi people but we also send a crystal clear message to all tyrants who are also flouting the will of the United Nations security council, and as well as that we also prevent an invasion of another country by Saddam Hussein, he has done it before and, believe me, it will happen again if we don't do something soon.
Just after 9/11 Tony Blair and George Bush said that they would not accept terror in any form, any more and that it was time to bring international terror to an end.
In my opinion Tony Blair is not guilty of war crimes he is only guilty of doing what Britain has done for many years now which is protecting the weak from the evil that is terror and dictatorship.
No one wants war but we don't always get what we want, and I think that the wobbling British public have to understand that all peaceful options to resolve this have been exhausted, 12 years is by far long enough to comply fully with the UN resolutions, so I say this to Tony Blair, hunt down this madman, Saddam Hussein by any means necessary and bring him to justice for the crimes he has committed.
