SEVEN members of the same family are running a Liddington pub.
Landlords Donna and Vince Jones have chosen to keep things in the family when it comes to running The Village Inn.
In all 15 people work at the pub, yet only eight are from outside the family.
Donna and Vince are in charge of the overall running of the pub and have been in charge for just over a year.
Donna explained: "It is wonderful working together as a family, and we had a wonderful time at Christmas, serving up all the Christmas dinners and then enjoying the rest of the day as a family. We only have eight non-family workers but we try to treat them as family."
Her parents, Marion and Mike Young both 58, have the job of cooking all the homemade food.
Donna's sister Debbie Allen, 36, runs the bar, while husband Chris, 38, is a waiter and the gardener.
The job of headwaiter goes to Debbie's son, Michael Lloyd, 17.
Although Chris and Michael are relatively new recruits the rest of the family have been working together for more than thirteen years.
In that time they have forged a successful team, having spent twelve years at the popular Brewers Arms, in Wanborough.
