Highworth Town, who were beaten 2-1 by fellow title contenders Yate Town in mid-week, travel to Hereford this weekend to take on Pegasus Juniors.
Manager John Fisher could have a difficult job galvanising his troops into action following the midweek defeat that virtually rules them out of the Premier Division title race.
"We won't give up until it's mathematically impossible, we will still try to keep hanging in there," said the Highworth manager. "It was a must-win for both sides in midweek and when we had Tate Hulbert sent off for a remark he made to the linesman, we were forced to play the second half with 10 men, I think it was a diabolical decision and it probably cost us the match.
"Pegasus will be no pushovers this weekend they have taken points off quite a few of the top sides at home. Justin Miller could well be fit but Matt Saye looks doubtful.
"We play Melksham in the semi-final of the Wilts Senior Cup at Devizes on Tuesday evening and perhaps it may give us our best chance to put some silverware in the cupboard."
Fairford Town have to play all the top sides at Cinder Lane and probably hold the key to the championship although North Leigh will take some pegging back. Fairford entertain Almondsbury this weekend.
Wootton Bassett visit Southall Town and a draw would be a good result for the Swindon side. Bassett did well to beat Bishops Cleeve last week in a lively encounter and, if they show the same determination, could surprise the home side.
Pewsey Vale have not won a game for weeks and if they are to stay in the Premier Division they will need to beat visitors Wantage Town who are a place below them in the table.
In Division One West, New College Academy who got back on the winning path last week before Wednesday's defeat to Shrivenham visit Adderbury Park and manager Pete Horwat will be hoping his side can start to string a few wins together.
Purton visit Chipping Norton and manager Alan Clarke will be urging his side to put the Supplementary Cup defeat by Southall behind them and concentrate on picking up another three league points.
Shrivenham boss Dave Clauson will be looking for his side to pick up the points at home against Kidlington while in-form Cirencester United will be looking to do the same at Headington. Malmesbury Vics could come away with the points when they visit Ross Town.
