STRUGGLING Cirencester squandered an early lead to lose 3-1 at home to 10-man Gresley Rovers.
Brian Hughes' side looked on course to secure their first league win since January 18 when Ben Fitch netted in the eighth minute.
But Jon Newsome's Gresley pulled a goal back before the break when Gary White's cross was deflected beyond Mark Hervin's reach by Ciren's Darren Robison.
The visitors took the lead straight after the break, when a corner was only partially cleared to the dangerous Chris Grey who netted from 12 yards.
The Centurions were handed a great opportunity to salvage a point 10 minutes from time when Gresley goalkeeper James Lindley was dismissed.
The visiting custodian was red carded for handling outside the box under pressure from Kenny Ujukwn.
But replacement keeper Brad Clarke was inspired, saving twice from Fitch before the Centurions were caught on the break with four minutes remaining.
Mark Peters picked up a long clearance and lobbed Hervin from 20 yards to secure an away win for Rovers.
