Chippenham 2nd shrugged off the loss of several key players to put Bristol visitors Keynsham to the sword 32-24.
Coach Tony Audis was forced into several changes as several players moved up to the first team.
But the youngsters who stepped in proved more than capable.
Chris Mooney was brought into the second row, Paul Baker came in at flanker, Matt Page at fly-half and James Cook on the wing.
But by half-time, they had a very comfortable lead of 20-0.
Baker ran in two tries, converted by Dan Reynolds who then added two penalty kicks.
After the break, Keynsham came out looking for points but again it was Chippenham that managed to.
A great try from Julian Squires, shortly after the restart, which was again converted by Reynolds, stretched the lead to 27-0.
Keynsham hit back with an unconverted try, but Squires scored again to restore the advantage.
From a sustained period of pressure, Keynsham scored 14 points late in the second half.
And to add to the home side's jitters, they scored a try minutes from time.
But a pleased Audis said: "This was the best rugby that the team had played for a long time.
"We had to make several last minute changes and some of the Development Squad were brought in.
"To their credit, they did their bit.''
