Chippenham Rugby Club have unveiled their five-year plan and have stressed their ambition to reach the national leagues.
Club chairman Ian Lyons and manager of rugby Jerry Field outlined their aims and objectives to help them move up through the leagues system. And they also plan to develop their already-blossoming youth system through the age groups.
Lyons said: "We are doing well at the moment but we want to achieve more both on and off the field.
"We have the potential to move forward in these areas but it was felt by the management committee that a proper and clear document be drawn up to ensure that the club's future is clearly defined.
"It was also felt that by having this five-year plan each objective can be seen to be leading and feeding on to the next one.''
Lyons added: "Our junior development is excellent and in the last year, we introduced the Development Squad, which is the bridge between the junior and senior playing section.
"This has proved a tremendous success with at least eight members of the Development Squad currently enjoying international and divisional honours for England, Wales and Ireland.''
Field, who also explained the club's hope of becoming a centre of excellence, added: "We want to retain the talented players that we currently have and to do that, we have to maintain and work to improve the standard of rugby.
"We are aiming to gain promotion through the leagues to ultimately become a member of a national league.''
