SUPERMARINE took their minis sides to Chippenham's Allington Fields for a series of age group matches against the home side.
The three under sevens clashes ended 2-1 in favour of the visiting side, who lost the opener 6-3.
Game two went to Marine 6-4, as Adam Bartlett scored twice, Toby Dibble, Daniel Uzzell, Stuart Carver and Harry Salles also crossing.
Two tries from Uzzell, plus scores for Bartlett, and Alex Smith helped Marine to a 5-2 victory in the third.
Under eights
Early scores from Dan Willis and Ben Borman (2) put Marine in control of their clash with the Chippenham Thrashes.
Alex Williams added another, but Chippenham launched a storming comeback as newcomer George Burkinshaw, Thomas North, Hugh Campbell and George Ellis helped them earn a 4-4 draw.
The home side's Sharks won 4-1, as Daniel Vertessy, Jamie Atkin, Robert Moore and William Waddington picked up scores.
Under nines
MARINE found their opponents in rich try-scoring form in the opening encounter.
Four tries in the first half came from Hal Bailey, Alex Collyer and two from Michael Allies.
In the second, Allies added two more to his tally and Bailey and Ben Cook scored the others in a 9-0 win.
But the tables were turned in the second match as Marine won 6-1.
Joe Sawyer grabbed a personal tally of four tries with Luke Symonds two completing the total.
Chippenham replied through Jake Nickless.
Under 11
CHIPPENHAM were dominant at under 11 level, winning 40-10.
They crossed with touchdowns for Jake Emery, Matthews Burrows, Louis Blackburn (2) and Olivia Johnson grabbing a hat-trick.
They added conversions from the boots of Tom Smith, Jake Emery, James Howells, Matthew Burrows and Harry Smith.
Brave defence, particularly from Marine's Harry Dibble and Owain Lloyd prevented further Chippenham scores.
And in the second half, they managed a well-deserved try from Chris Edmonds.
Excellent running from Mark Croucher had Chippenham on the back foot and a superb try from Kit Stoddart was just reward right on the final whistle.
