SCHOOLCHILDREN will be battling it out in the finals of a road safety quiz next week.
Pupils from 20 schools are taking part in the final round of a competition designed to improve youngsters' awareness of road safety.
The quiz, run by Swindon Borough Council, takes place on Monday at 6.30pm at the headquarters of the Nationwide Building Society in Pipers Way.
The building society is sponsoring the event with PC World.
PC World is also donating a computer to the winning school.
As well, the winning team will be taken on a visit to the headquarters ofthe Wiltshire Constabulary in Devizes.
They also get to keep a championship shield for a year.
