A CORSHAM music promoter has been banned from driving for failing to provide police with a breath sample.
Paul Churchill, 22, who represents 40 Wiltshire-based bands, was seen swerving along the A4 at Chequers Hill, Corsham, at 2.15am on March 1.
Officers described Church-ill's driving as erratic and the promoter needed officers to support him.
Arrested and taken to Melk-sham police station, Churchill repeatedly thwarted officers' attempts to obtain a sample.
Defence solicitor Andrew Eddy said Churchill would have to employ a driver to ensure his business stayed afloat.
Mr Eddy said his client did not believe he was drunk at the time he was stopped by officers.
