THE new radio station for Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon and Melksham begins its final week on air next Monday.
Broadcasting 24 hours a day on 106.8 FM, the station has been overwhelmed by the support and interest shown by local people.
The station has to go off air at the end of next week, in accordance with its temporary 28-day licence.
Ian Pugh, whose dream was to get Moonraker on air, said: "Once we get enough evidence that there is a need for a full-time station for the community, we'll go for it."
