IT is reported that several Labour-controlled councils in England, with their usual anti-British and anti-Christian zeal, have issued edicts forbidding the ancient tradition of serving hot cross buns to school children at Easter. This totalitarian action is taken so as not to offend non-Christian children. Now even the Liberal Democrat Liverpool council has followed suit, stating that the symbol of the cross could offend.
May we please have a public declaration from the heads of both the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties in Swindon that they do not intend to do the same.
To all surviving comrades who fought for many years in World War Two, it would appear that we may well have to take up arms again to defend freedom.
