BAR OC made their way to the final of the Mid-WIlts Sunday League's Selectabook-sponsored John Strickland Memorial Cup with a 5-1 win over Kings Arms.

Bar went 1-0 up inside 15 minutes when Tom Paget shot in off the post and, in the second half, Mark Hulland netted, then Andrew Webster converted from the spot after a push in the area to make it 3-0.

Webster scored his second with a tap-in before Paget scored a sublime goal from the halfway line. Dan McClurg scored a late consolation.

Devizes Snooker Club dropped a spot in the league after a 3-1 defeat to New Inn, who moved third.

Robert Guyton opened the scoring for the Inn and Luke Collinson followed up with the second.

Snooker Club pulled one back late in the second half, but a goalmouth scramble saw Guyton net again.

Dolphin thrashed JB's Lions 5-1, Jonathon Emm's lob giving them an early lead.

Lions roared back to equalise, but Emms completed his hat-trick to put his side in control at 3-1.

He netted a fourth in the second half and Mundy completed victory.

Trowbridge Wanderers picked up two vital points in their third league win of the season, a 5-1 triumph over Fox & Hounds.

Nick Harrison blasted them into the lead, but Simon Bagnell equalised just before half-time.

Harrison slotted home a penalty to restore Wanderers' lead and sub Lee Blatcher fired in a third a minute after coming on.

Lee Weisenburg headed home a fourth and Melin added a fifth.

Selectabook were knocked out of the Wilts Sunday Cup at the semi finals stage following a 4-1 loss to Swindon Juventus.

Andy Davies scored the Bookmen's only goal, converting from the penalty spot.
