EMPHATIC Wootton Bassett continued their fine scoring spree in the under 14 league with a 5-0 win over Oxford on Saturday and a 7-0 cup win over Devizes on Sunday.
Having already beaten Banbury 6-0 and Thatcham 8-0, Bassett reached the 100 goal milestone against Oxford without conceding.
Robyn Levett scored on just three minutes followed by a second from Rosie Spalding. With 20 minutes gone, Kelsey Johnstone fired home another and, five minutes into the second-half, Johnstone added her second.
The goal rout was rounded off by Johnstone, completing her hat-trick in the dying minutes.
On Sunday, Bassett cruised past Wiltshire Cup semi-final opponents Devizes with a 7-0 win.
Megan Brakes got Bassett's first goal on five minutes. Five minutes later Levett scored a second and the third was added on 15 minutes courtesy of Spalding's effort.
Brakes added her second and third before Spalding and Johnstone completing the score.
