Usually in the business of weighing up risks for clients, Nita King, of Lemon and Co Solicitors, put those skills to the test for herself when she recently launched herself out of an aircraft at 12,000 feet.
A partner at the law firm in Regent Circus, Swindon, Nita free-fell for more than a minute over the New Zealand mountain range of Remarkables while enjoying a quiet holiday down under.
Nita, 47, said: "My colleagues think I was mad, but I like to push myself, to see how far I can go.
"It's something I've thought about doing for a while and I have to say it was exhilarating."
And as you can see from these adrenalin-fueled photos, Nita can now claim to be an expert on the laws of gravity as well.
