REIGNING Swindon Sunday League Division 1 champions Greyhound destroyed cup semi-finalists and third-placed club Carriers Arms 13-0.

Playing against a side having already put them out of the cup, Greyhound went on a spree with five goals for Paul Hunt, a four-timer for Christian White, Dave Gee with a hat-trick and one for Mark Belcher.

Eddie Gordon, Ryan Lovegrove and Lee Bowen gave New Century WMC a 3-0 win at Moonrakers, while at the bottom Tran Staff swapped places with AFC Gas thanks to an Adam Giles hat-trick in a 3-2 win.

Division 2

Jesters won 2-1 at second-placed Alanbrooke to maintain their form.

Nod O'Dwyer and Kevin Priest netted their goals ,with Rob Etherington replying.

Pewsey Saints became the first team in the league to complete their fixtures, Tony Hurkett scoring in a good 1-0 home win over Swindon West Indians.

Division 3

The top four sides all recorded victories, Lee Edgell, Lee Francome and a double from Gary Hill giving Penhill United a 4-1 home win over Nationwide.

South Marston hammered 10 without reply at Coleview Sports thanks to a five-timer from Mark Wells, a double for Keith Gales, and other goals from Kenny Griffin, Scott Griffin and Phil New.

Simon Williams and Andy Mckinna gave Thamesdown Nalgo a 2-1 home win over High St Club, while Haydon Wick WMC beat Coleshill 8-3 thanks to Richie Martin (3) and Jason Thompson (3), John Mcgookin and Danny Hyde.

Simon Legg, Simon Thompson and Graham Ford were among the scorers in Compton Welding's excellent 5-1 home win over Mallard.

A Neil Lee double and a goal from Justin Montague gave Fox & Hounds a 3-1 home win over Wanborough.

Division 4

Game of the day was Southbrook Inn versus Auto Colour which ended in a 7-5 victory for the home side.

On target for Southbrook were Ash Channing (2), Dave Heskett (2), Steve Buckingham, Colin Yates and Martin Yates.

Leaders County Ground beat Suffolk Arms 4-0 with goals from Gareth Davies, Phil Corcoran and Kevin Coles with two.

A brace each for Brian Cosgrove and John Husband and one for Andrew Lucky gave Motorola a 5-1 win at KMLC. Gary Payne replied.

Red Lion surprised Highworth Swindon Fencing 4-1 and Andy Quinn, Paul Lampard, Chris Henly and two from Gary Seward gave Windmill a 5-2 home win over Campbell James.

Division 5

A Neil Haines four-timer handed Brook House Farm a 4-2 win at Sun Inn Coate, who replied through Wayne Palmer and Aaron Dickenson.

Leaders Queensfield were too strong for Grosvenor, winning 6-1 thanks to Mike Chivers, Barry Taylor, Phil Mcdonagh and a hat- trick for the prolific Neil Robinson .

Bear Hotel beat ISSC 4-2 with Tom Mildenhall, Graham Stamplin, Wayne Presley and Marley Griffiths on target, while Tony Sardo and Colin Davies gave Wincanton a 2-0 victory over Nationwide Life.

Division 6

G & F Bricklaying went top after winning 5-1 at Ladsio, Anthony McCusker (2), Danny Scotford, Mark Wilson and Steve Stewart on target.

Dolphin won 3-1 at Swindon Cerney to keep in touch, Michael Austin with the reply.

Halcrow won the mid-table clash with Faringdon Road Grapes 5-1 with goals from Brett Reay, Barry Dickens, Tim Hughes, Neil Millard and Ross Kirkbride.

Division 7

Second-placed WS One went down 1-0 to 419ers whose winner came from Gareth Walton. That defeat allowed Deers Leap to go second after a 5-0 win at BluePrint. The Leap's marksmen were Micky Farr, Carl Spencer, John Cole and Dennis King (2).

Longs Bar won again, 7-3 over Chesters thanks to a Wesley Strange four-timer and strikes from Chris Hanrahan, Dan Tunley and Gary Carlisle.

AFC Southside and Intermach drew 2-2 with Andrew Jones and Andrew Philpott on target for Southside and Mark Hillcoat and Don Smith replying.
