TV star and former model Melinda Messenger was today named Celebrity Mum of the Year. Mother-of-two Melinda, 32, beat the likes of Victoria Beckham and Jamie Oliver's wife Jools to the coveted title.
The celebrity Big Brother contestant, who lives in Wanborough, Wiltshire, has two sons Morgan, two, and one-year-old Flynn. She said: "I'm delighted that the public have voted for me."
The award is sponsored by Quality Street and Melinda promised to donate boxes of the chocolates to the mothers and children at the Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Movement (Calm) in Swindon.
