THANKS are due to the Mayor of Marlborough, Margaret Boulton, for arranging the excellent meeting with Kennet PCT on Monday evening.
This gave the people of Savernake Hospital community a chance to hear about the exciting plans for new Savernake Hospital and have their say about service there.
This meeting has come hot on the heels of publication of the PCT's discussion document, which I commend to you, Your Health, Your NHS, Your Say.
If you would like to add your thoughts or comments please contact Karen Pedley, Communications Manager, Southgate House, Pans Lane, Devizes, SN10 53Q.
The League of Friends' affiliated group SACSA has been working hard to maintain communication with the PCT and have been involved at all stages of plans for Savernake Hospital.
Please contact SACSA through Brian McClintock, 11 Blowhorn Street, Marlborough or myself at 5 Bergamot Close, Manton, Marlborough.
You might like to put in your diary the date of the League of Friends AGM on April 30.
