I am writing a book about the Gallipoli campaign of the First World War. It will be a survey of the campaign, tied together with contemporary accounts about men who died, in an effort to clarify the human toll of the campaign.
These accounts will be taken from diaries, letters, missing in action reports and family lore.
My hope is to finish the book by 2004, so it is available in 2005, the 90th anniversary of the campaign.
I would like to make an appeal to readers for copies of diaries, letters, photos and photos of gravestones relating to men who died at, or because of their service at, Gallipoli.

I am willing to provide information about specific casualties at no charge.
