LOCAL Citroen dealership, Islington Citroen, of Trowbridge has achieved a Citroen Masters of Quality Award for 2002/03.

This is the ultimate Citroen quality accolade thanks to its customers feedback over the past year.

Ongoing research of Islington Citroen's customers has revealed that the dealership has achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction for its sales and after sales services.

The Citroen Masters of Quality Award is only given to the very best of Citroen dealers in the UK.

Over the past 12 months, customers have been asked to rate Islington Citroen's performance in all key areas of customer contact. The emphasis was on customer care, including the helpfulness of staff, the detail and quality of information supplied, the quality of servicing and repair work and the value for money provided.

Commenting on the award, dealer principal at Islington Citroen Paul Jones said: "We have worked very hard to be awarded this accolade all the staff are very proud."
