A CHARITY fashion show, in memory of newsreader Fiona McDiarmid, raised £1,475 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Fiona, who grew up in Shrivenham and began her career with GWR in Swindon, died from the disease last August.
Her mother Mary and fellow golfers from Wrag Barn Golf Club, near Highworth, modelled clothes from Newbury-based Azur Fashions.
Show organiser and club captain Muriel Loosemore, 62, said: "It was a great success.
"I had breast cancer a few years ago and Fiona was a great supporter of the charity which is why we chose to support it."
