A GIANT rabbit hopped his way along to Redland Primary School in Chippenham and gave children an early Easter treat.
The Somerfield Easter Bunny visited the school to give all of its 98 pupils a chocolate egg.
Headteacher Hilary Etherington said: "The children were so happy to receive their surprise eggs, especially from a real live Easter bunny. It's been the talk of the playground ever since."
Manager of the Emery Gate Somerfield store Eddie McCullar said: "We were delighted to take Bunny to Redland's for the day.
"The children really enjoyed themselves, and I think the Easter Bunny had a good time too.
"Other kids needn't feel left out of the fun either, as children visiting Somerfield's Chippenham branch in March and April can enter a hunt the Easter egg prize draw to win a year's supply of chocolate."
